About the movie
Living in self-exile on a remote, off-limits islet, the dysfunctional family of impotent Mario Pontecorvo--his sex-curious exhibitionist daughter Desdémona, her intellectually disabled sister Paulova, and their sex-starved stepmother Dulcinea--are beginning to feel the corrosive effects of loneliness and isolation. However, as the clan of eccentrics tries to find ways to give full vent to their intense sexual frustration, the sudden arrival of handsome poacher Tony will turn their secret world upside down, paving the way for thrilling moments of unbridled lust. But what goes on behind the closed doors of the House of Lost Women?—Nick Riganas
