About the movie
After abandoning her dream of becoming a ballerina, young makeup artist Yae-ji has been living with obesity. And having settled for a lacklustre life in the shadow of statuesque South Korean pop star Mi-ri, silently enduring daily humiliation and ridicule, Yae-ji is shamed into submission. Then, timid Yae-ji stumbles upon the too-good-to-be-true Beauty Water elixir: an exclusive beauty product worth a fortune and the answer to her prayers.
